Booking & travel guidelines

The practical rules that protect your time, your booking and the people operating each journey.

These booking guidelines describe the normal Warner Tours process. The written confirmation for a specific service — including its supplier terms, price, pickup and cancellation window — takes priority where it is more specific.

Guide 01

Booking & Confirmation

A website or WhatsApp submission is an enquiry until Warner Tours confirms the requested date, service, pickup and price in writing.

The guest is responsible for supplying correct names, contact details, hotel, room number when available, traveller numbers, children's ages and any health or mobility information relevant to safe participation.

Guide 02

Prices, Currency & Supplements

GBP is the base currency. Other displayed currencies are approximate conversions and may not match the final payment conversion used by a bank or payment provider.

A final quote can change with date, pickup zone, party size, private-service selection, supplier capacity or optional extras. No supplement is added without being shown before confirmation.

Guide 03

Payment

The payment method, deposit requirement and balance timing are stated in the booking confirmation. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically charge a card.

Limited-capacity services, private boats, cruises and special arrangements may require a deposit or full prepayment to secure supplier space.

Guide 04

Cancellation & Changes by the Guest

The cancellation window shown in the final confirmation applies. Standard local trips commonly allow cancellation up to 24 hours before departure, while supplier-controlled products can be stricter.

Date, hotel, guest-count or service changes remain subject to availability and may alter the price. Contact the team as early as possible.

Guide 05

Weather, Safety & Operational Changes

Warner Tours or the operating supplier may change timing, stop order, route, vehicle, vessel or programme when weather, sea state, traffic, site access, worship, local authority guidance or safety requires it.

If the main service cannot operate, the team will explain the applicable reschedule, alternative or refund option under the confirmed supplier terms.

Guide 06

Pickup, Waiting & No-Shows

Guests should be at the confirmed point ten minutes before the pickup window and keep their phone available. Shared transport may collect from several hotels.

If a guest cannot be found and cannot be contacted after a reasonable wait, the service may be treated as a no-show. Delays should be reported immediately on WhatsApp.

Guide 07

Children, Families & Supervision

A parent or guardian remains responsible for children throughout the service. Children under 3 are free and ages 3–11 pay half the published adult ticket; operator safety rules can still restrict participation in individual activities.

Activities involving water, vehicles, heights, animals or long-distance travel can carry minimum age, height, weight or health requirements. These are checked before confirmation.

Guide 08

Health, Fitness & Accessibility

Guests should disclose pregnancy, serious medical conditions, recent surgery, mobility limitations and relevant medication before booking an activity.

Historic sites, boats, desert vehicles and mountain routes may involve steps, uneven ground, heat or limited accessible facilities. The team will explain known limitations and suggest a more suitable option where possible.

Guide 09

Wildlife & Natural Conditions

Wild dolphins, fish, coral visibility and other natural encounters cannot be guaranteed. Responsible guides will not force or chase wildlife for a sighting.

Reef, island and observation locations can change to protect guests, wildlife and equipment.

Guide 10

Transfers, Flights & Luggage

Guests should provide the correct flight number, terminal, landing time, passenger count and luggage count. Vehicle selection is based on safe passenger and luggage capacity.

Airline delays are monitored when flight details are supplied, but major schedule changes should also be sent directly to the team. Child seats and special assistance must be requested in advance.

Guide 11

Guest Conduct & Site Rules

Guests must follow the guide, driver, captain, instructor, venue and local authority safety instructions. Participation may be refused when behaviour, intoxication or failure to follow instructions creates a risk.

Dress, silence, photography and access rules apply at religious and archaeological sites. Guests should respect local communities, wildlife and protected environments.

Guide 12

Privacy & Contact Information

Contact and booking information is used to answer enquiries, arrange services, communicate pickup details and provide support. Warner Tours does not sell guest contact information to advertisers.

Operational information may be shared only with the guide, driver, supplier or venue that needs it to provide the confirmed service.
