Sea trips & islands
For Orange Bay, Mahmya, snorkelling, speedboats and yacht days.
Bring swimwear, towel, high-SPF sun protection and a dry layer for the return sailing.
Tell the team about non-swimmers, children and any mobility concern before the boat is assigned.
The captain may alter reef or island order for sea conditions while protecting the main programme.
Wildlife sightings are natural and can never be guaranteed.

Diving & marine encounters
For introductory diving, certified dives and dolphin-related products.
Share certification level, last dive date and medical information where relevant.
Swimming with dolphins, a photo session, a show and a wild-dolphin boat trip are different products.
Follow the instructor, trainer or marine guide at every stage; optional media is separate unless written as included.
Flying after diving requires an appropriate surface interval; confirm your onward travel plans.

Desert safari & stargazing
For the morning mini safari, regular quad, complete Super Safari and astronomy programme.
Quad-only does not automatically include jeep, dinner, camel ride or evening show.
Closed shoes, a scarf and eye protection are strongly recommended; use the supplied helmet correctly.
Pregnancy and serious back, neck, heart or mobility conditions must be disclosed before booking.
Bring a warm layer after sunset, especially for stargazing and winter evenings.

Cairo, Luxor & Aswan heritage
For museums, pyramids, tombs, temples and Nile experiences.
Expect walking, heat, steps and uneven archaeological surfaces; private routing is best for adapted pacing.
Opening hours, tomb access, photography rules and visit order can change by authority or site operations.
Carry passport or hotel identification, water, sun protection and comfortable shoes.
Very early day trips require realistic preparation for long road hours and a late return.

Religious heritage
For Islamic Cairo, Coptic Christian Old Cairo, Jewish heritage and respectful multi-faith routes.
Wear modest clothing covering shoulders and knees; a head covering may be requested at some sites.
Access can pause during prayer, services, religious holidays or security procedures.
Photography and silence rules are set by each active place of worship.
The multi-faith route is paced respectfully and does not replace specialist single-tradition tours.

Transfers & pickup
For airports, hotels, intercity routes and private vehicle requests.
Send exact pickup and destination names, date, time, passenger count, luggage and flight number.
For airport pickup, keep the phone connected after landing and report flight changes promptly.
Child seats, meet-and-greet and special assistance must be requested before vehicle assignment.
Area supplements and waiting rules are written in the confirmation before travel.

Send every child's age; operator rules differ for driving, diving, balloons, boats and mountain routes.
Share pregnancy, mobility, allergies and relevant medical conditions privately before booking.
Wheelchair and step-free access vary greatly across boats, old quarters, temples and desert venues.

Wait at the confirmed point ten minutes early with identification and the required clothing or equipment.
