The details that prevent surprises
Pickup: Pickup is available from hotels in Hurghada. Makadi Bay, Sahl Hasheesh, El Gouna and Safaga may have a clearly confirmed area supplement.
- Maximum combined participant weight is 150 kg for one person or two people flying together.
- Solo or tandem operation depends on the captain, wind and weight distribution.
- The activity can be delayed or cancelled when wind or sea conditions are unsafe.
- Children under 3 are free where the operator permits participation; ages 3–11 are charged at half the adult ticket.
Cancellation: Free cancellation is expected up to 24 hours before the confirmed start time unless the final booking message states different supplier conditions.
